The end of last Month (31 May) was the opening of one of my friend's modelling agency.

Angel and Vanny are models whose photoshoots I have attended for quite a while.

Prior to the event's commencement at 7pm, one middle aged man came to disturb the event, claimed that he was from the Jln Besar Resident Committee and said that the music (there was a DJ set blasting music outside and this was an entertainment area) was too loud and was disturbing the residents (what residents? This is a hotel and pub entertainment area what was wrong with it?). Angel and John Seah (another photographer) tried to ask him for his identity (asked him to show his IC/ RC identification), and guess what, instead of identifying himself, he then threatened to call the police. Since he was making a din, John and Angel had to placate this guy by pretending that we believe him to be from the RC (just in case he really was). The complaint was that the event was obstructive and blocking the pathway for people who wanted to walk through the area. Therefore, we started to move the even indoors, where the lighting wasn't so good. That was why the photos didn't turn out very well. Therefore, there weren't many photos I could upload. Anyway, after that incident, that was when the event started and we (other photographers who attended the event, and myself) started taking pictures.
We even invited down Singapore Idol winner Sylvester Sim to sing for us.
And he got the models to come out and dance around him while he sang.
One of these days I may be entering the events industry, and hopefully I will have a chance to work with them. Wish Angel & Venus Creations all the best in their business growth.
